Privacy
What we do with your details.
The short version: we use what you send us to quote your event and talk to you about it. Nothing else.
There are no adverts on this site, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. We do not sell or share your information, and we never will. If you have not filled in the inquiry form, we hold nothing about you at all.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The occasion, the date, the guest count and the hours you need
- The venue, the city and the zip code
- What you would like at the bar, and any notes you add
- The budget range you pick, and how you heard about us
The page works out roughly how far the venue is from Bradbury so it can tell you whether travel is included. That happens in your own browser, from the city or zip you type. We are not tracking your location.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is emailed to us and saved so we have a record of your booking. The companies below handle parts of that for us, and none of them are allowed to use your details for anything else:
- Vercel hosts this website
- Supabase stores your inquiry, on servers in Northern California
- Resend sends the emails
- Google provides the inbox we read them in
If we quote you, the invoice is sent through Square and you deal with Square directly to pay it. Card details never touch this website, and we never see them.
How long we keep it
While we are talking about your event, and afterwards as a record of the booking. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email withatwistinquiries@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms and no conditions. It is your information.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track anyone across websites, so there is nothing for us to stop doing.
This site is for booking events and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
If this changes
We will update this page and change the date below. If we ever start doing something materially different with your details, we will say so here first.
