- How it is priced
- Per guest, plus bartender rates. Every event is quoted for its own guest count and hours.
- Service minimum
- Four hours.
- Bartenders
- One bartender for every sixty guests.
- Holding a date
- A fifty percent deposit finalises the booking.
- If plans change
- Deposits are not refunded if you cancel. If we ever cannot make it, you are refunded in full, deposit included.
- Travel
- Free within 25 miles of Bradbury. Beyond that, billed by the mile and confirmed in your quote, out to 130 miles from Los Angeles.
- Alcohol
- You buy it. We write the shopping list, down to the quantity.
- Insurance
- Certified bartenders carrying general and liquor liability.
- Dates
- Now booking through 2027. Limited dates this season.
- Service area
- Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire, out to 130 miles from Los Angeles.
